It all started on a regular day, 3rd September 2020, when Sadman Anam had an itch. Not the kind you scratch, but the kind that needed to be cured with some serious rock 'n' roll.

Sadman, a guitarist with a knack for blending modern sounds with funky rhythms, set out on a quest to form the ultimate band.

First, he approached his friend and fellow guitarist, Sifat Jobair Ratul, who was known for his soulful and captivating playing. Ratul was on board immediately—this was the beginning of something exciting.

But every band needs a heartbeat, right?
Enter Zuhair Numairy, a versatile drummer who could switch between styles with ease and bring the thunder behind the kit.

The trio started jamming, and the chemistry was instant. It was loud, raw, and undeniably groovy. Yet something was missing—a solid foundation to keep them grounded.

After scouring the scene, they found Muntasirul Haque Roomie, a bassist who could lay down a groove so tight it made everything click.

But even with this powerhouse lineup, they still needed a voice, someone who could capture the spirit of the music and give it life. That’s when Mezbaul Alam stepped in as the vocalist, completing the lineup and adding the final layer to their evolving sound.

With the full band in place, Shepherds was officially born.

Okay, Mezbaul Alam Munna went to Canada and left his elder brother in charge of singing his super ultra high scale songs. so yeah, Mahfuz Alam aka Shaon Bhai joined our band in 2024 to fill up the vacuum for the new voice of Shepherds.
